Would you like it if your search terms were highlighted when you search PubMed? If your answer is Yes, here is how you go ahead:

 

1. If you have registered with PubMed's, log in to My NCBI*

2. On the left Navigation area, under My NCBI Resources, look for "User Preferences" and click.

3. You have four choices of colours - against "Highlighting"

4. Make your choice and click OK

 

Everytime you search PubMed, you will need to login, and your search terms will show up in the colour of your choice

 

*If you have not registered for My NCBI, it is a quick procedure

On the PubMed home page on the top right had corner, under My NCBI, click Register and fill in details. It is free and quick!
