Pricing explained

We procure articles at varying prices as procurement and copyright costs vary.

We provide articles at a standard pricing based on an average of costs that we incur.

Occasionally some difficult to procure articles may cost more. We will intimate such details, and check with you before ordering for the same.

Delivery:

All articles will be delivered by default as a soft copy, or as printouts if any servicing library does not permit us to deliver soft copies. For the latter, we have an option of delivering an electronic copy (for commercial requests only) through “Secure Delivery” – please ask us if you would like to use this option.

Time-frames:

  • We try and deliver most articles in 12 to 48 hours for corporate orders and in 48-96 hours for academic requests
  • This time frame works best for requests received from Mon-Friday (except holidays)

Note:

The delivery time frames will work for about 95% of requests. However, we cannot absolutely guarantee delivery time- since we do not have these documents in-house.

For articles that you order for doctors – please
