OF QMed LINKS: For nurses and in nursing, it is extremely difficult to
find information. This is because hospitals hesitate to invest in nursing books,
nurses are not yet very comfortable with netsurfing for information, and shift
timings make it inconvenient . A product like the this CD is very essential
for the professional growth of nurses. Including nursing aspects in this
CD makes it a unique product. This I hope will lead to interdisciplinary appreciation
of knowledge fields. I look forward to seeing a product that specializes
on Nursing ! Nursing teachers should make it a habit to browse
through the CD for relevant information on the topics they deal with. Teachers
should make it mandatory for students to refer to the web for current information.
This CD is very useful for MSc Nursing students for their dissertations.
BSc nursing students could complete assignments with good references.
Overall: This CD may become a great asset
in increasing awareness on nursing research occurring across the globe. It will
also make knowledge access easy. I hope nurses will then concentrate on
application of evidence based nursing care. A quick reference source
for MSc nursing students. |
