Welcome to QMed Knowledge Foundation. We invite you to become a member of our Foundation so that we can share our expertise with you. We believe that we will not only save your time and help you in your professional activities, but with your feedback and contributions constantly give you a better range of such offerings.
Our current facilities include:
- Document Delivery Services of full text Journal articles
- Literature search services – For specialized information needs, or just to save your time
- Updates on specific medical topics
- Training programs in using the Internet, PubMed and other EBM resources
As a member, you are entitled to the following Free services:
- First three full text journal articles of your choice (subject to availability)
- First three literature searches – topics of your choice
- We will create your webpage( if you don’t have one !) with your professional resume
- Quick reference services – answers to any questions on medical information or use of IT/Internet for medical information (within our purview)
- A CD on how to use PubMed easily and effectively
- A monthly alert on topics related to your specialty by e-mail.

- Creating your website
- Additional literature searches
- Additional document delivery of articles
- Training programs (PubMed and other Evidence based resources)
- Copy editing of articles that you wish to submit to journals
- Designing and creation of Power point presentations for conferences
Annual Membership fee - Rs. 1500/-
Payment: Cheque or demand draft payable to Quality Medical Knowledge Foundation.

Special Membership for PG Students
Covers :
- Literature search and support for the thesis topic. Literature search will be conducted on the topic, and any further modifications, additional aspects required during the entire thesis work duration will be supported.
- Full text articles:
- Referral services for articles available free or in local libraries
- Rs. 50/- for articles that we procure under normal, non-urgent services
- Rs. 550/- for articles that are difficult to procure or needed as rush services
- Discount on training programs (see chart above)
Membership fee :
Rs. 1500/-: I f you are in your first year of Postgraduation. Validity - 3 years
Rs. 1100-/: I f you are in your second year of Postgraduation. Validity - 2 years
Rs. 600/-: I f you are in your f inal year of Postgraduation. Validity - 1 year
Documents :
Proof of studentship - A letter from the HOD on the letterhead of the Institution declaring that you are a PG student under his/her guidance.
